Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM
RV guests must be parked by 4 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. All units use keyless entry codes — if your reservation is paid in full before arrival, your code will be emailed the morning of check-in.
Payment & Deposit
A deposit equal to the first night's fee is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or upon arrival. We accept cash and most major credit cards.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age with valid ID to make a reservation. A parent or guardian must accompany and stay in the same unit with anyone under 18. We reserve the right to refuse service if any discrepancies are suspected.

Cancellation Policy
Refund Schedule
- 31+ days before check-in: Full deposit refund minus $25 processing fee
- 11–30 days before check-in: 50% of deposit refunded
- Within 10 days of check-in: Deposit forfeited
Date Changes
Date changes with 2+ weeks notice: no penalty. Changes requested within 13 days of arrival: $25 penalty. All changes subject to availability.
During Your Stay
Property Rules
🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $50 pet fee per pet. Any damage or extra cleaning will be billed to the renter. Pets found in non-pet-friendly units will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
🔇 Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM is quiet time. No excessive noise, loud music, or entertainment instruments during these hours.
🚬 Smoking
All units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on porches and designated areas. Smoking inside — or allowing smoke to enter — a unit results in a $250 cleaning fee.
🔥 Campfires
Fires must be confined to designated fire pit and grill areas. It is the guest's responsibility to fully extinguish fires after use.
🚗 Trailer Parking
Each unit has a specified vehicle allowance (see unit description). Large trailers over 16 ft and extra vehicles beyond the allotment must park in the trailer overflow lot.
🔒 Security
Always lock doors and windows when leaving your unit. Do not share your access code with anyone outside your party.
⚖️ Liability
Guests assume full responsibility for property damage, accidents, injury, or loss of personal items during their stay.
Violations
Violation of any policy gives Buffalo Trail the right to terminate the rental agreement with all payments forfeited. Guests will be required to vacate immediately. Underage drinking, firearms violations, and drug use will be reported to authorities.
