Stay Policies
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Keyless door code emailed morning of arrival.
Age Requirement
Must be 18+ with valid ID to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Pets
Pets welcome in select properties. $50 non-refundable fee per pet. $250 additional charge if damage occurs.
Cancellation
31+ days: full refund minus $25. 11–30 days: 50% of deposit returned. Within 10 days: deposit forfeited.
Deposit & Payment
First night's fee required to hold reservation. Balance due upon arrival. Cash + major credit cards accepted.
Noise & Smoking
Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM. All units are non-smoking indoors. $250 fee applies. Outdoor smoking permitted.
