Things to do:

The Pocahontas Trailhead of the Hatfield/Mccoy Trail system is 3.5 miles away. Some people ride their atv’s up route 52 to get there but we do not recommend it! Rt 52 is a heavily traveled road. There is a “back way” by traveling on state Rt 71N that is about 2.1 miles and much safer if you prefer not to trailer to the trailhead.

Nice cabin! What made this place a 5 star was the exceptional customer service! I’ve been in the service industry all my life (40 plus years) Seth & Bo understand the importance of customer service. We arrived early Donna & Dreama greeted us w/ a warm welcome stopped cleaning the unit they were work on to check ours & allowed us to check in 3 hours early! Later that same afternoon my husband had bike issue, Seth called a mechanic for us, Jimmy came to us, fixed the bike & did not want payment! WOW! I agree w/ Rick this place goes above & beyond! Hope to return in the spring! ~ Karen / Bridgewater, VA

Great Cabin! I had a weekend stay in Cotton Top B with a few friends and it was everything I could ask for and more. The room itself is was perfect: simple, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor fire area both nights. The fire pit was large and wood was ample in supply. The restaurant on site cooks delicious food and I treated myself to a perfected bison burger. The staff was incredibly friendly and glad to help out with anything we needed. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a weekend getaway!
